Scenter Stage Policies

• Our high quality Fragrance Oils are shipped in amber glass bottles, to protect and preserve the integrity of the oils, and add to your ease of storage. We recommend that the oils be stored out of direct light and at a constant room temperature.

• We will be adding new Fragrance Oils and supplies frequently. We want to offer "the latest" and the "hottest" selling scents and supplies. If there is something you would like to see us carry, please let us know and we will make every effort to add it.

• We have no minimum order, we do not add a handling fee to your order, and we realize how important it is to receive your order quickly. We promise quick, efficient, and friendly service.

• We recommend using .7oz of oil per each 1 pound of OILS in cold process soap - you may want to adjust this for heavier or lighter scented soaps. Melt and Pour Soap requires about 1/2 of what cold process soap requires. For lotions and other bath and beauty products a 1% or less concentration is recommended. The fragrance oils are concentrated and strong and NOT intended to be used FULL STRENGTH on the skin - a carrier oil of some type is necessary.

• All Fragrance Oils are sold by VOLUME not weight - all bottles will be filled to the neck of the bottle.

• Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted. We recommend ordering a small size of any Fragrance Oil that you are not sure will "be exactly what you want."

• We will attempt to include a small free sample size of a fragrance oil that was not included in your order. We are confident that you will find them all gorgeous!

• Please inspect all items at the time of delivery - any damaged items must be reported to us via email or phone the next business day. Keep all packaging and items for pick up by the shipping vendor- if you notice obvious damage at the time of delivery- have the shipper return the package to us, a new order will be sent to you. Damaged items will be replaced with the identical item.

• Shipping is from the Midwest, offering quick delivery and reasonable rates to all parts of the Continental US. If we determine your order qualifies for the USPS Flat Rate shipping, your order total will be adjusted and you will be charged accordingly. Because of changing regulations regarding Fragrance Oils and Flash points, we reserve the right to ship by the method required by these regulations regardless of the shipping method chosen when placing the order. Wisconsin residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 5.5%- unless we have a valid sellers liscense on file.

• Our Fragrance Oils are skin safe and have been formulated for and tested in cold process soap. Formulas and "recipes" for soap may vary, it is the cutomers responsibility to do compatibility testing for their particular use. Scenter Stage disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Scenter Stage specifically disclaims any liability, loss or risk which is incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use of the products purchased from Scenter Stage.
